The hotel cancellation policy is 24 Hrs prior for individual reservations which enables the guest to cancel or amend any booking 24 Hrs prior to the arrival date without paying any cancellation charges, failing which there would be 01 night room charges (on per room basis).

The hotel reserves the rights to pre authorize on 01 night charge on the credit card given for guarantee purpose.

Any extension (postponement of the departure date) are subject to the availability or the room category at the time of request is made
